Research in Living Color
Illuminating Cell Biology and Pathology

Finally... Fluorescent quantum dot reagents as they were meant to be.
• Brighter than traditional fluorescent reagents
• Tighter spectral output
• Faster signal
• One laser for multiple color excitation
MAGDOTS & MULTIDOTS
MULTIDOTS
The Multidot consists of several quantum dots within a patented coating. The Multidot thus has increased sensitivity, a tighter emission spectrum than current fluorescent reagents, reducing spectral overlap — eliminating complex spectral compensation. In addition, because all multidots can be excited with a single laser, analysis is less complex and thus faster.
MAGDOTS
Magdots consist of fluorescent quantum dots and superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) encapsulated in our patented coating that can be conjugated with antibodies. Because Magdots are both fluorescent and magnetic, the Magdot permits users to seamlessly isolate cells expressing a selected biomarker, then directly analyze via flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.
