‘’We also collect certain  non-personally identifiable information in aggregate when you visit our Website, such as the organic and unbranded keywords used to find our Website, the referral page that brought you to the Website (i.e. Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.), and the activities performed while on the Website. Our system logs may record certain information about visitors to our Sites, including the web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device and mobile ad identifiers, browser information, interaction with the Sites, pages viewed, app usage, and other such information. Personal Information, which users in the European Union provide to us, may be transferred to other countries (including the United States), the data protection laws of which may differ from those of the European Union, and you expressly agree to such transfer. 

We will not contact you about other matters, unless you specifically request it, nor will we share, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information outside Core Quantum Technologies. If you are interested in applying for a job at Core Quantum Technologies and choose to submit resume information by email, we will use it only for the internal application review process. We will not voluntarily share, rent or sell it outside Core Quantum Technologies, except where we are required to share your information with any third parties who provide employment-related services on our behalf. 

However, it is possible, though unlikely, that we might be forced to disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, for example, in response to a court order, subpoena or a law enforcement agency’s request. Transferring Personal Information to the U.S. 

We are headquartered in the United States. We process collected information about you in the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge we process collected information about you in the United States. The United States has not sought nor received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR, we are providing for appropriate safeguards by entering binding, standard data protection clauses, enforceable by data subjects in the EEA and the U.K. These clauses have been enhanced based on the guidance of the European Data Protection Board and will be updated when the new draft model clauses are approved. 

Depending on the circumstance, we also collect and transfer to the U.S. personal data with consent to perform a contract with you or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of ours in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. We endeavor to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with us and the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Since it was founded, we have not received any government requests for information or requests from data subjects.
