SpiDots are iron oxide particles that are encapsulated in our patented coating. The particles exhibit excellent colloidal stability. SpiDots may be used for the magnetic depletion or enrichment of cell populations. SpiDot conjugated to streptavidin binds to biotin with high affinity and is useful for detecting biotinylated antibodies.
