MagDot Antibody Custom Conjugation

CQT offers custom conjugation of antibodies and proteins of interest to our Magnetic and fluorescent reagent, MagDot. MagDot is a dual-purpose reagent, that combines quantum dots and superparamagnetic iron oxide particles within a patented PEG polymer coating. The pegylated magnetic and fluorescent nanoparticles have very tight size distribution and the amine functional groups on the surface allows conjugation of proteins to label cells of interest.

We offer conjugation of two sizes, 500 ug and 1 mg of antibody. CQT will provide In house characterization of hydrodynamic size, charge, particle concentration. Labelling and binding of custom conjugates in assay of interest is to be performed by the end user.
