SpiDot Custom Conjugation

CQT offers custom conjugation of antibodies and proteins of interest to our magnetic only reagent, SpiDot. SpiDots are iron oxide particles that are encapsulated in our patented coating. The particles exhibit excellent colloidal stability. SpiDots may be used for the magnetic depletion or enrichment of cell populations.

We offer conjugation of two sizes, 500 ug and 1 mg of antibody. CQT will provide In house characterization of hydrodynamic size, charge, particle concentration. Labelling and binding of custom conjugates in assay of interest is to be performed by the end user.
